Just something to think about. I never thought that I would be saying this but Governor Jerry Brown of California is a genius. He signed a bill “in front of a cheering crowd” to allow immigrants that are in this country illegally to get a California driver’s license. This new license will have a “special designation on the front and a notice stating that the document is not official federal identification and cannot be used to prove eligibility for employment of public benefits”. Governor Brown even states that “No longer are undocumented people in the shadows”. Magic is the art of misdirection. Focus everyone’s attention on one thing while doing something else. Magic is part of the genius behind this law and is typical of today’s government. California expects 1.2 million illegal immigrants to sign up for these new licenses. Now, you are probably asking where is the magic in all of this. Well, here is the magic. Those 1.2 million illegal immigrants are going willing go the state and sign up to get a driver’s license with a special designation obtained because they are not legally here. Those 1.2 million people will now be in a government controlled data base that will have them classified as illegal immigrants. This appears to be an extremely easy way to get them “out of the shadows” while at the same time allowing the government to gather a lot of important information on them. Genius, pure genius.
